Don't love your new item? I am so sorry to hear that! But I always want to make it right for you!
If you aren't totally satisfied with your new items, send me an email: hello@shopcassandraco.com letting me know what items you'd like to return, and I will send you a shipping label and refund you in full for your purchase!
Eligible returns will be accepted within three business days and once your return arrived back to us, a refund will be issued. Typically refunds show up within 1-2 business days, but it is dependent on your specific financial institution to release the funds.
*Any shipping costs will not be reimbursed as we do take on the cost of shipping to return items.
All sales - excluding final sale items - are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
