Don't love your new item? I am so sorry to hear that! But I always want to make it right for you!
If you aren't totally satisfied with your new items, send me an email: cassandracoboutique@gmail.com letting me know what items you'd like to return, and I will send you a shipping label and refund you in full for your purchase!
All sales are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. 

 

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY 2024

We understand the holidays are a busy time! For purchases starting November 1st that fall outside of our 30-day return window, we're extending our return window. Items may be returned or exchanged through January 1st, 2025, as long as they meet our standard return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

STARTING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH: We will be issuing store credit or offering exchanges for returns on purchases made between November 29th and December 31st.

Cash and credit returns will not be offered on purchases that fall within this window.
